A data is combination of three words raw, facts and figures. The word means the data that is not processed. Data collected various companies or organization for different purpose. There are a number of sources that are used for collection of data. It may be a form of any text, picture sound, song or a mull motion image(video) etc.

It play an important role for any organization or company. The word resources means any thing that is valuable for any department or any company. Resources consist of building like any land, house, market and department etc. Vehicles, machinery and employees are also the form of resources. It consider a resource because it provide accurate information for any decision. If a company is not data in accurate form than it become difficult for any company. • When a student get admission in college or university they fill the college admission form. A Form may include students name, father name, address, martial status, gender, mobile number, email address and previous class marks etc. The main purpose of this process to maintain the student record their study time.
• Another example of data during the GOVT census, government of any country receive their citizen data for various policies. Government stores this data permanent the used for different purpose in different times.
• Different companies and organizations conduct survey to know the people opinion about their various product. During the survey, different people explain their different ideas and opinions. The opinions and ideas are stored in the form of data. Companies and organizations used this data for improving their products. 
• When organizations and companies publish their add for jobs. Then. different peoples apply for different posts and provide filled form to companies and organizations than it may become data for these. Only short listed selected for interview.

Alphabetic Data

This type of data consist of alphabetic letters for A to Z, a to z and some one other. Examples of Alphabetic data are Google, Book, Mobile and Computer etc.

 

 

 

Alphanumeric Data

Alphanumeric Data consist of numbers like a 0 to 9, Alphabetic like a A to Z or a to z, and all special symbol are use in this type of data. Examples of this data types like @324, $900, and + etc.

 

 

Images Data

Charts, graphs, drawings and pictures are all include in images data. This kind of data can store in the form of bits and it is also comprehensive data.

 

 

Audio Data

It may includes music, speech or any type of sound are use in audio data.

 

 

Video Data

A full motion that play with high speed is called video. All types of actions and movement are used video data.
