what are the barriers of communication

 Now a days, we face a number of problems during our business and personal lives that the  result from miscommunication. The message which understand receiver this message is always not be a sender intended.Different communication barriers exist the between receiver and sender but both are not be a understand correctly, or a message become distorted.

Two groups involve in communication which one of them sender and other one receiver. Both sender and receiver has unique to ensure their communication. The communication break down, if either or both do not fulfill their responsibilities. The cause of any miscommunication can be either the sender and receiver end. Both parties should be understand their responsibilities and work according to their needs.

Choice of words is describe the important effect of any communication Number of words have a number of meanings. A person background knowledge and experience affect our understanding. Foreign language regional accents and the use of technical language may often cause of miscommunication. 



Listening

Listening are the important skills which are concentrate after the understanding communication Success always depend on the words that are used in communication, the way of communication is expressed, my interest in speaker or any other factor.


Pre-judgment

pre judgment is the condition that understand what we already know and also describe the
background knowledge and experience. Often we hear and what we want to hear.



Relationship

Main effect of our communication may depend on relationship with receiver and sender. Communication may be failed, if the relationship between the people not good. Relationship is vital effect of any communication.


Emotional response 

If a person is highly emotion about the given topic the 100 percent sure communication  not success. 
Mostly problem may arise from fear and anger etc. The emotions may include form both side sender and receiver.




Systems

For any department there should be vital procedures for sending messages to customers who need them. Without such systems there is no communication for any organisation. 


Word Choice

It does not effect the whole speech, but it is so important. Words that are not shared between the sender are receiver will either not be maintain at all. Sender and receiver should adjust their language according their need.
If sender and receiver do not know the accurate word than it become very difficult for both.


Context

Mostly the disconnection between the receiver and sender due to wrong communication pathway. These pathway may be a words, relation, some confused words and conditions etc.

Courtesy

Mostly pay heed others people who are respectful, and other people tune out who are rude. Speaker always treat their listeners to pay heed about their common courtesy.


Feedback

Communication work like a give and take. speaker body language and face expression of listeners is communication with the speaker.Active observation always pay vital role for verbal communication.

  • Should be clear talk before speaking out
  • Learn to lesson
  • Take care of your body language and tune
  • Build your confidence
  • Communicate on face to face on important issue
First of all should arrange your words before communication. Choose words should be a clear. You should be a much likely and stay on point and your listeners not bore with your talk. You should completely discuss the first topic after complete it pic up other one.
If you do not understand the point than someone trying to make them complete clearly.
When people think about your improving their communication skill, they focus on verbal language, but here non verbal communication they check their language tone and body language.
Keep your emotions and thoughts in check, best try to stay your eye contact, and remain relaxed.
Another reason of miscommunication is the lack of communication, you should be improve your confidence day by day.
Having a face to face dialog it means that you convey your listeners.
